Coaching from the Heart is a thirty-hour (3 CEUs) online professional development course designed to introduce the principles of servant leadership to athletic coaches. The concepts expressed in the course are based on the qualitative research conducted by our organization (A Higher Standard of Leadership) regarding the motivational aspects of servant leadership teaching. The course is designed to explain these leadership characteristics and instructional methods connected to this philosophy. Our data indicates a significant link between learning motivation and the trust embedded in servant leadership.

This is an asynchronous course consisting of twelve modules and is faith-based. Students of the course are self-paced and can access the course at their convenience.
