Our purpose is to research the motivational effects of servant leadership and develop curricular materials for educational institutions, coaches, athletic programs, churches, youth groups, universities, and businesses.
What makes our organization unique...
is that we have conducted our own research. Our information comes because of thousands of interviews and surveys. We did this study ourselves in the field over a period of eight years. Our purpose was to discover what characteristics of servant-leadership motivate young people and adults. We developed our curriculum (A Higher Standard of Athletics) based on these results. Coaches can use this curriculum to establish a culture of servant-leadership in their program that will motivate their players to give their best effort, be a good teammate and improve their skill level each day.
If you desire to make a positive difference in the lives of your players, we urge you to contact us for further information on this topic. We are available to conduct seminars for your staff, teaching of servant leadership. We can also meet with your players and survey them to provide specific feedback regarding the needs of the players in your school. We conduct pre- and post-testing for your teams so that we can contrast the effectiveness of our curriculum.
There is a strong link with the practice of servant-leadership and job satisfaction.
If you are a small business, we are available to help with servant-leadership training. When employees feel the sense of ownership and value that servant-leaders produce, they feel a sense of empowerment that motivates them. Servant-leaders emphasize the people and relationships in the organization, striving to maximize their development. We would love to share our research with you and help everyone understand the transformational value of servant leadership.
Faith-Based Schools and Churches
Our teaching is biblical in nature and embodies the scriptural example of Christ.
We conduct professional development for school faculty as well as church staff. We believe that our society needs to practice
servant-leadership. The young lives under our responsibility respond very favorably to the constructs of this style of leading. The sample group that was studied is comprised primarily of young people. We discovered that servant leaders have more influence in their lives than traditional leadership styles. The tenets of faith-based servant-leadership resonate with the youth of our country.
We strongly believe that the time is now to create more servant-leaders. In the challenging world that young people face, we need to provide trusted, steadfast leaders.
Build a team culture based on the principles of servant-leadership.
Leaders agree that the culture of an organization is the driving force for
success but are often ambiguous when asked to define it. Even though culture is the foundation of an organization, it remains an abstract term. Organizational culture is understood as our beliefs, values, rules, norms, traditions, expectations, symbols, customs, and attitudes. The combination of these shared qualities is what makes each community unique. Every culture has its own recipe, and even though the
mix of elements is similar, the team culture remains unique. The culture of the team is a product of the people in your business. People and relationships are the driving force behind success—not catchy slogans or charismatic leaders.
